What are the return policies?
Each item includes a tester so you can try and love the perfume before committing to your full bottle. Opening the full bottle’s box means you’ve decided to keep it. To initiate a return, the main product must be unused with the holographic seal intact. We offer complimentary return shipping for your first return. For subsequent returns or exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply. For high-volume customers, we may provide complimentary free return delivery and/or frequent discounts on a case-by-case basis.
