Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Each item includes a tester sample so you can try and love the perfume for 14 days before committing to keeping your full bottle. Opening the full bottle’s box means you’ve decided to keep it.

If you decide to return your item, please initiate the return within 14 days of delivery. The main product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the holographic seal intact. Items returned in used condition and/or a broken holographic seal may be refused as we do not recycle or restock any used items.

We offer complimentary return shipping for your first return. For any subsequent returns or exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply. For high-volume customers, we may provide complimentary free returns and/or frequent discounts on a case-by-case basis.

To begin a return or exchange, simply send us a direct message on Instagram @graylabelled or email us at hello@graylabelled.com with your order number and, if exchanging, the desired item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, you can separately order the item you would like as an exchange and then contact us at hello@graylabelled.com or DM us on Instagram at @graylabelled with your new order number to arrange an exchange delivery. Alternatively, you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you originally paid using COD (Cash on Delivery), our team will contact you to request a payment method to issue the refund to.
